1 quart (32 oz) Jar of Helen Marie's Pasta Sauce

Roma tomatoes, sea salt, citric acid, organic spices, pepper, sugar, fennel, red wine, garlic, onion, marjoram, savory, sage, sunflower oil, thyme, crushed red pepper, and hot giardiniera.

Sauce should be heated to reduce steam but not burning, turn down heat, and set to simmer to required temperatures. (approximately 20 minutes)
